Job Description The RN, Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing clinical care to patients in the Trauma and Surgical ICU. This role requires advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on critical patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Surgical and Trauma ICU.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor critical signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and recovery plans.
- Current, valid Ohio nursing license.
- BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association only.
- Preferred: One year of Trauma or Surgical ICU experience.
