What You'll Do

Provide expert CVOR nursing care for cardiac surgery patients
Monitor patient status and communicate critical information to the care team
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and procedures
Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR system
Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams before, during, and after procedures
Assist with patient assessments and post-operative care

What You Need

Current RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years CVOR experience
ACLS and BLS certifications
Strong knowledge of CVOR protocols and EPIC EMR
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
