Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute memorable events at our entertainment destination in Welch, Minnesota. In this on-site role, you’ll coordinate concerts, conferences, promotions and special gatherings across our casino, hotel and event spaces. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, vendors and floor plans while ensuring a welcoming, guest-first experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support marketing, oversee event setup and breakdown, and resolve issues in real time.
