This position is responsible for providing timely, attentive, and personalized service that reflects our luxury boutique brand. As a brand ambassador, the Restaurant Server manages each guest interaction with professionalism, discretion, and a strong focus on comfort and quality.Key Responsibilities:Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional mannerSet up and present in-room dining orders according to Hotel ZaZa standardsProvide knowledgeable and engaging service by reviewing orders and accommodating guest requestsMaintain clear communication with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure accuracy and efficiencyTake orders, prepare beverages, and support in additional tasks as requested by leaders.Execute opening and closing side work while maintaining organization and cleanlinessUphold grooming, uniform and Hotel ZaZa service Standards, including all safety protocolsQualifications:Previous serving or room service experience is preferred.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with the ZaZa brand.Ability stand, and move throughout the dining area for extended periods, occasionally lift or carry up to 25 poundsWhy Join Hotel ZaZa?At Hotel ZaZa, we don’t just offer jobs—we offer careers that inspire.
