Role summary: The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and optimization of site layouts and category displays to enhance customer engagement and drive traffic. Responsibilities include managing product launches, monitoring site performance, and supporting long-term category strategies. About the team: The Site Merchandising team enhances the online shopping experience for the Pet category by leading visual merchandising, content strategy, and site planning. Utilizing data-driven insights and market research, the team drives continuous improvement and innovation. They collaborate across functions to develop and implement site strategies aligned with business goals. With expertise in influencing skills, customer analytics, category strategy, market research, and business communication, the team focuses on clear communication and effective project management to optimize site performance and customer engagement, supporting sustained eCommerce growth. What you'll do: Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, category displays, and product layouts. Drive customer engagement through navigation strategies and collaboration with marketing partners. Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership. Manage campaign launches, coordinating resources and evaluating promotional success. Utilize SEO and web analytics to enhance site structure and content relevance. Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in site merchandising, including site navigation standards, visual merchandising methodologies, and use of site tools such as Tempo and Tango. Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site optimization and category strategies. Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly. Experience in developing and executing category strategies and business plans aligned with organizational goals. Proficiency in campaign planning, launch coordination, and performance evaluation. Ability to lead and develop teams while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and storytelling to provide actionable business insights. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
