Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support a food and beverage manufacturing facility by maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Support PLC-controlled equipment troubleshooting
• Document maintenance work and use CMMS systems
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Follow all OSHA, GMP, and food safety (HACCP) standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or tech school required
• 5+ years of maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with PLC systems and automation
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to bend, climb, and work around machinery
• Comfortable in varying temperatures and production environments

Nicole also ensures compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.Nicole has worked in the temporary staffing industry since 2002, focusing on administrative/professional staffing as well as skilled manufacturing. She has been credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services as the legislative committee chair. In addition to her involvement in the staffing industry, serves on the Nashua Chamber of Commerce's Legislative Advocacy Committee.
