A well-established law firm is seeking an Estate Administration Paralegal to support sophisticated estate and trust matters for high-net-worth individuals and families. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong financial background who enjoys working directly with clients through the estate administration process.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate administration matters from probate through final distribution
• Coordinate and track probate, tax, and estate administration deadlines
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial records, account statements, and asset information
• Assist with preparation of fiduciary accountings and related documentation
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, accountants, and beneficiaries
• Support the preparation of estate, inheritance, fiduciary, and trust-related filings
• Maintain organized and accurate estate records
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely administration of estates and trusts

Qualifications

• Prior estate administration paralegal experience required
• Strong financial acumen and experience reviewing financial records and assets
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients preferred
• Familiarity with the estate administration process from probate through closing
• Knowledge of probate, estate, and trust administration procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet critical deadlines
