Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique needs of our residents
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident care, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing education and coaching to staff
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and cultural diversity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes
