Production Supervisor- Night Shift

Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing activity within the CG000OPS Service Cell3 3103 department. This role coordinates staff equipment and workflow to keep production on schedule resolves delays enforces safety procedures while driving continuous improvement and meeting output goals.

• Organize daily work and communicate production priorities to the team.
• Drive production to meet schedules output targets and operational plans.
• Assign tasks and coordinate staffing equipment and materials.
• Monitor workflow and respond to bottlenecks downtime or staffing issues.
• Coach and support employees including onboarding and training.
• Maintain a safe work environment and reinforce HSE procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other teams to address operational needs.
• Share shift updates and escalate issues that could affect safety or production.
• Perform other various job duties that may be required by the Manager or their designees.

• High school diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing continuous improvement and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with production scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe compliant and highperformance work environment.
