Accounting Manager – Client Accounting Services $90,000 - $110,000 per year | New York, NY | On-Site | Permanent Job Details We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Supervisor to support our growing Client Accounting Services practice known for leveraging modern, cloud-based finance tools. This position plays a hands‑on leadership role, owning client accounting engagements end‑to‑end while coaching and developing junior team members. Key responsibilities include: Leading day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close for a portfolio of clients Reviewing and directing the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Managing payroll processes and ensuring on‑time execution Overseeing completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations Ensuring compliance with payroll, sales, and use tax reporting requirements Administering and maintaining charts of accounts and cloud‑based accounting platforms Designing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard financial integrity Delivering complete and accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Creating financial analyses, KPIs, and operational reporting for clients Preparing budgets and forecasts and maintaining them within financial systems Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
