Manager, Marketing Operations & Enablement

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.About the RoleAs Manager, Marketing Operations & Enablement, you will lead the strategy, execution and continuous evolution of the marketing operating model, ensuring teams, processes and capabilities are positioned to deliver business priorities efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team responsible for marketing program delivery, process optimization, change management and operational enablement while advancing the marketing organization's effectiveness and scalability.What You’ll DoLead the Marketing Operations and Enablement roadmap, aligning operational priorities, initiatives and resources to support marketing and enterprise objectivesOwn and continuously improve the Marketing Operating Model, including key processes, governance structures and workflowsOversee critical path planning, campaign execution processes and operational readiness activities to ensure successful delivery of marketing programs and timeframesLead cross-functional initiatives and enterprise programs, partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functionsServe as the primary operational lead for complex business priorities, driving alignment, accountability, decision-making and issue resolution across teamsDevelop and implement change management strategies that support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, capabilities and organizational initiativesIdentify operational risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement, proactively developing solutions that increase efficiency and effectivenessEstablish performance metrics, reporting and operational insights to evaluate organizational effectiveness and inform business decisionsChampion continuous improvement through process optimization, workflow enhancements and implementation of best practices across the marketing organizationLead, coach and develop the team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learningAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Operations or a related field6+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, program management, project management or related disciplines2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, developing and managing team performancePreferredExperience in retail, corporate strategy or marketing operationsJob SummaryJob number: R488961Profession: Marketing, eComm & Creative
