Bankruptcy Attorney

I'm currently looking to speak with Bankruptcy & Restructuring Attorneys interested in joining a well-established law firm with a sophisticated Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice. I'm particularly interested in attorneys with experience across areas including: Bankruptcy Commercial Loan Workouts Corporate Restructuring Insolvency Matters Commercial Litigation Creditor Rights Collections and Default Resolutions Secured and Unsecured Creditor Representation Experience within CMBS and special servicing, commercial lending, real estate, maritime, and/or energy law would also be highly advantageous. The role will involve representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses across a broad range of commercial loan restructuring and insolvency matters, including workouts, default resolutions, collections, and bankruptcy-related proceedings in both federal and state court. The ideal candidate will have: Bankruptcy, workout, and/or relevant commercial litigation experience A North Carolina law license Strong academic credentials Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Sound judgment and the ability to take ownership of matters A collaborative and team-focused approach This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to gain sophisticated, hands-on experience, work as part of a collaborative multi-office team, and develop meaningful client relationships within a thriving commercial loan restructuring and workout practice.
