Because you want each employee to be successful, you give constructive feedback, hold them accountable, and encourage their leadership skills by providing coaching, opportunities, and resources. In addition to managing your staff, you also help grow our auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER

At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Relevant sales and customer service experience Previous leadership experience a plus Are you self-motivated with excellent sales skills? Do you work well under pressure and know how to delegate? Can you make customer service a priority? Do you have the ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner? Do you present yourself professionally? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Are you passionate about the automotive industry?
