Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity Compass Intervention Center is a 108-bed free standing facility that treats children and teens ages 10 to 17 who are struggling with psychiatric, substance abuse or dual diagnosis disorders. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues.
