As a Content Intern, you'll work with our agency’s content team in an innovative, collaborative environment, drafting SEO- and AEO-optimized website and blog content for home builder clients. This is primarily a content creation‑driven role, with exposure to keyword research, competitive analysis, project coordination, and the HubSpot publishing workflow. This role is perfect for a creative, detail‑oriented self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about producing high‑quality work while building valuable real‑world marketing experience. Compensation & Schedule: This internship runs for 3 months and offers $15 per hour, with a flexible schedule of 10 hours per week. • Content research and competitor analysis
• Assist with keyword and AI search research
• AI‑assisted research and outlines under supervision
• Write blogs, newsletters, and social content
• Optimize content using SEO/AEO best practices
• Learn HubSpot publishing workflow
• Image sourcing and CMS updates
• Social media support as needed
• Support builder partner content production
• Contribute in all possible ways to building the best team in the world.
• Any other responsibilities consistent with the Content Intern position.
• Background checks required.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability: Must be available to work 10 hours per week, between Monday and Friday in the Central Time Zone. Hybrid work in the Elmhurst, IL corporate office is preferred; remote work is welcome.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced creative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and style.
• Strong research, relationship, and project management skills.
• Detail‑obsessed; driven to produce pixel‑perfect‑as‑possible work.
• Self‑starter who constantly seeks out new ways to improve and advance our mission.
• Tech‑Savvy: Google Suite and project management platforms such as Asana are a plus.
• Education: Preferably a junior, senior, or recent graduate with a major in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
