Collision Center Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Gather customer information and provide basic information about Desoto Collision Center’s services. Accept feedback and coaching on continuously improving sales skills, and give feedback to other team members. Greet and assist customers by phone or in person, schedule vehicles for estimates or drop‑offs, check in vehicles, and help deliver or pick up customers. Monitor the work volume scheduled for the center. Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load‑level processes. Obtain appropriate information from morning admin meetings and follow up on all assigned action items to properly update customers. Assist in resolving problems if a customer cannot pick up a vehicle when completed. Carry out Desoto Collision Center’s process for customer communication throughout the repair process (every other day at a minimum) and ensure that all customers understand the CSI 10 survey process. Maintain his/her workspace in an organized manner and monitor the reception area/rest rooms to keep them neat and clean. Adhere to the dress code and wear appropriate safety equipment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure efficient and effective business operations. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Prior experience in management of a collision repair shop. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair industry. Effective leadership and communication skills.
