Federal Account Manager

Driving new business as a full-time Senior Account Manager, Federal Civilian (DHS), the candidate will manage relationships with DHS stakeholders, translating their needs into technology solutions while navigating the federal acquisition lifecycle, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Federal stakeholders to integrate Dataminr into their workflows Manage opportunity pipelines and provide accurate forecasts, while attaining quarterly targets for bookings and renewals Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver tailored onboarding and training plans for customers Required qualifications 4-6 years of Federal sales experience, particularly in technology or SaaS solutions Proven experience in selling large complex deals to the DHS Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences Willingness to travel domestically as needed (approximately 25%)
