We're seeking a Digital Support Representative I to join a growing digital support team focused on enhancing the customer experience across online and mobile platforms. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for resolving digital banking and application issues, supporting users through technical challenges, and helping improve digital products through testing and feedback.

What You'll DoDigital Banking & Customer Support

• Provide exceptional support to customers and internal teams regarding digital products and services.
• Troubleshoot online, mobile, and software-related issues.
• Explain technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone and digital support channels.
• Meet established service metrics, including service levels, quality standards, and response times.
• Promote awareness and adoption of digital tools and services.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Issue Management

• Participate in testing new features and enhancements before release.
• Document, track, and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Monitor issue resolution progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve the overall user experience.

Digital Experience Advocacy

• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insight into how digital products perform in real-world scenarios.
• Help drive enhancements that improve customer engagement and usability.

Product Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support new product implementations and enhancements.
• Assist with ongoing improvements to digital products and services.
• Contribute to projects focused on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

QualificationsRequired

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ideally 1+ year of customer service, call center, technical support, or financial services experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred

• Experience supporting online, mobile, or digital applications.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or credit union environments.
• Experience with software support, digital platforms, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) or issue tracking processes.

***Schedule: Full-time, onsite, 5 days per week. Candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule between Monday and Saturday based on business needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
