Step into a dynamic and supportive educational setting as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, providing essential services to students at either the K-8 or high school level. You’ll make a direct impact during a key period, covering maternity leave and collaborating with dedicated speech and language teams in a vibrant Florida community.

Opportunities are available at a K-8 school with a diverse student population, including several specialized ASD units, or at a local high school, both offering robust clinical support. Start and end dates are tied to the needs of each assignment—one beginning in early October through mid-December, the other from September to late October. Each position covers a single school site, with a manageable weekly schedule of 35 hours (full-time, Monday through Friday).

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP and valid Florida licensure
• School-based SLP experience preferred; comfort with K-8 or high school populations
• Familiarity with ASD caseloads or secondary transition planning is a plus
• Must meet timely credentialing and fingerprinting requirements (prior AHCA fingerprinting an asset)
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other clinicians and site-based educational teams

• Provide direct assessment and therapy services to students
• Manage IEP development, data collection, and progress documentation
• Work closely with on-site SLPs or SLPAs; contribute to student success in an inclusive environment
• Communicate with families, teachers, and support staff to maximize each student’s potential
