Make an impact supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in vibrant school settings near Vero Beach, FL. Multiple part-time and full-time opportunities are available for professionals who are passionate about fostering communication and supporting a diverse range of ages and needs. Contract roles can be tailored to fit your life, with the possibility to combine assignments for a full-time schedule.

Openings exist in both Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce, offering variety and flexibility:

• Tradition Lakes: 4th–8th grade, 2–3 days/week, collaborate with another SLP.
• Manatee K-8: K–8th grade, 2–3 days/week, join a supportive SLP team.
• C.A. Moore K-8: PreK–8th grade resource therapy, 2 days/week, sole SLP onsite.
• White City Elementary: K–5th grade, 2–3 days/week, small school setting (no Pre-K, no self-contained).

Choose 14–21 hours/week for part-time, or combine schools for a full-time 35-hour schedule. This assignment runs through June 1, 2027, with the chance to start as soon as all onboarding requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Current fingerprint clearance (can use AHCA clearinghouse if applicable)
• Ability to complete on-site badge pickup prior to first day
• Commitment to supporting students of various ages and learning needs
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to assigned student caseload
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and fellow SLPs when onsite
• Complete paperwork and progress tracking in a timely manner
• Help develop IEP goals and participate in relevant meetings
