Our Opportunity We are currently seeking an Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals. Key Responsibilities As a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization, the Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the company by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This person will specialize in supporting our vast closet solutions. This position is also responsible for ensuring that excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. Working the Showroom counter with direct contact with customers, assisting on phones when needed. Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues What We Are Looking For Customer service experience in a similar position perferred Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials perferred Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills Team-oriented, shows initiative Strong sense of drive and creativity AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory High School Graduate perferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks Compensation And Benefits Competitive market-based hourly pay rate Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching 401(K) with employer matching Paid vacation and holidays We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
