Role Description The Maintenance Foreman is a full-time, on‑site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role oversees daily maintenance operations for roofing projects, coordinating teams and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality work. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance crews, scheduling and prioritizing repair and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring proper use and care of tools, vehicles, and equipment. The Maintenance Foreman conducts inspections of roofing systems, identifies maintenance needs, and collaborates with project managers and customers to plan and execute maintenance and repair work. The role also requires enforcing safety standards, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and supporting leak detection and warranty‑related service activities. Qualifications Ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams, including planning work, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance (Supervisory Skills). Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting tools, vehicles, and roofing‑related equipment (Equipment Maintenance). Experience performing routine maintenance and repair work on commercial and residential roofing systems (Maintenance). Skills in developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules to extend roof system life and reduce downtime (Preventive Maintenance). Background in facility or plant maintenance environments, coordinating multiple maintenance activities and priorities (Plant Maintenance). Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation practices; familiarity with OSHA‑compliant safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret work orders, maintenance logs, and basic construction documents; strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field crews, project managers, and customers. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex; willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
