The ideal candidate should reside in the Dover, DE area or be comfortable commuting to the location.Schedule: 7PM-7AM this is a 2, 2, 3 scheduleWhat You Will DoAn Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment.Works within Essity safety standards, with responsibility for personal and others' safetyConducts regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operationTroubleshoots mechanical issues and diagnose problems in machinery and related systems.Repairs or replaces worn or malfunctioning parts and equipment.Reads and interprets engineering blueprints and technical manuals.Documents maintenance and repair work, creating detailed reportsSets up and calibrates new equipment following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.Implements preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespanUses specialized tools for mechanical system adjustmentsPerform all other duties as assigned.Who You AreHigh school diploma or equivalent, and mechanical educationHands-on experience through internships or previous roles in mechanical settingsStay updated with the latest technological advancements relevant to the field through training and workshopsStrong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skillsBasic mathematical and literacy skillsAbility to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
