Compensation: Earn $1,000-$2,500+ per week (based on experience, schedule, and gratuities)

Your OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Lead Bartender who is passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.

This is more than tending bar. You'll help establish Grayson's bar culture, deliver exceptional service, educate guests, mentor team members, and contribute to an elevated beverage program that complements our estate-driven cuisine.

What You'll Do

• Prepare handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail. 
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest. 
• Create an engaging and welcoming bar experience. 
• Recommend wines, cocktails, and pairings with confidence. 
• Maintain expert knowledge of our beverage menus and seasonal offerings. 
• Work closely with the culinary team to support the guest dining experience. 
• Ensure compliance with all ABC laws and responsible alcohol service. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. 
• Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders. 
• Support restaurant leadership during busy service periods. 
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return. 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of upscale or fine dining bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. 
• Wine knowledge or wine certification is a plus. 
• Luxury hotel, resort, country club, winery, or fine dining experience preferred. 
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills. 
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor. 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. 
• Passion for hospitality and continuous learning.

Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Availability during peak dining hours is essential.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, including beverage cases and supplies. 
• Frequent bending, reaching, carrying, and repetitive movements. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
