Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of customer accounts in the energy sector. This position involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Daily activities include conducting sales meetings, following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotes, and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. The Sales Account Manager will monitor account performance, respond to service inquiries, and collaborate with operations and support teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also requires tracking sales metrics, reporting on pipeline activities, and contributing to sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Qualifications Strong account management skills, including experience in maintaining and growing customer relationships and managing key accounts. Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high-quality client experience. Experience with lead generation and business development, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into long-term accounts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions, negotiate terms, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proven sales or account management experience in B2B environments; energy or related industry experience is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
