What You'll Do Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment Prepare ingredients including baking, chopping, peeling, portioning, and measuring Cook and prepare food using a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques Monitor food while cooking and ensure consistency and quality Maintain excellent food presentation standards Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized Properly store ingredients and prepared items Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to leadership Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience as a baker, cook, or similar kitchen role Familiarity with kitchen equipment, bakeware, and cooking tools Knowledge of cooking and baking techniques including grilling, baking, boiling, and prep work Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team Good communication skills and strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-volume environment Culinary school training is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Current Food Handler card Why Join Our Team?
