As a Membership Sales Representative, you contribute directly to this mission by helping create a friendly, encouraging, and positive experience for everyone who enters the club.Role and Responsibilities:In this role, you ensure smooth front desk operations and deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall member experience. You serve as a primary point of contact, helping members and guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.* Welcome members, guests, and prospective members with professionalism and a positive attitude.* Answer incoming calls and provide clear, accurate, and helpful information.* Process member check-ins and maintain accurate records in club systems.* Assist with new member registration and onboarding processes.* Conduct guided tours of the facility for prospective members.* Update and maintain member account information as needed.* Respond promptly to member inquiries, concerns, and service requests.* Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.* Support daily cleanliness and organization of the club environment.* Promote a respectful, inclusive, and friendly atmosphere through clear communication.Required Skills and Experience:* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.* Must be 18 years of age or older.* Basic computer skills and ability to use front desk systems.* Strong communication and customer service skills.* Ability to actively listen, show empathy, and resolve issues effectively.* Professional behavior with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.* Reliable, punctual, and consistent work attendance.* Interest in fitness, health, and wellness environments.* Positive and service-oriented mindset.* Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.* Comfort working around standard cleaning supplies.### Preferred Qualifications* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles is preferred.Compensation and Benefits:Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the hiring process.
