More about our team Our Behavioral Health team provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Nurses work closely with interdisciplinary teams to care for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. We offer structured scheduling, strong leadership support, and a culture that promotes work-life balance and professional growth. How you'll contribute Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Perform timely and accurate QI assessments What we're looking for Applicants should have a current RN license in the state of North Carolina and graduate from an accredited nursing program.
