Overview: DatamanUSA is looking for a Human Resources Assistant 3 for our direct client based in VA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills. Job Details: Job Title: Human Resources Assistant 3 Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6+ months Basic Qualifications: *) Must have a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of administrative work experience; will consider a bachelor's degree with 0 years of administrative experience. *) Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite *) Proficiency with Workday *) Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision *) Willingness to support talent acquisition projects, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: *) Previous experience supporting interview scheduling for Talent Acquisition *) Previous talent acquisition or human resources experience *) Aerospace and Defense experience *) Prior experience HR or Talent Acquisition *) Prior experience working with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System Skills: Must have a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of administrative work experience; will consider a bachelor's degree with 0 years of administrative experience.,Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.,Proficiency with Workday.,Willingness to support talent acquisition projects, as needed.
