Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health history, needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of individual clients.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, tracking client progress through regular evaluation and feedback sessions.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring wider reach and flexibility in care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals of various ages experiencing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. By fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic space, you will help clients work through their issues and achieve emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting therapy sessions and developing treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, coupled with a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Experience in teletherapy is a plus. Candidates with experience in community health settings or working with underserved populations will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
