Christmas Light Installation Technician

($25-$30/hr+)

205 Christmas Lights is hiring Christmas Light Installation Technicians for the upcoming holiday season. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to make  good money while working outdoors and staying active .

Our technicians will install professional Christmas lighting displays on residential and commercial properties throughout the Birmingham area. No previous Christmas light installation experience is required — we will train the right person.

What you'll do:

• Install professional Christmas lighting displays on homes and businesses
• Work from ladders and rooftops when necessary
• Safely install, secure, and remove lighting and decorations
• Follow installation plans and pay attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments when needed
• Remove, organize, and store lights and equipment after the season
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Represent 205 Christmas Lights professionally while working at customer properties

What we're looking for:

• Dependable and punctual

• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to lift and carry equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous electrical, roofing, or ladder experience is a plus, but  not required
