Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full Time What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavior/skill evaluations Observe clients and staff across clinic, school, home, and community environments Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities Lead new client intakes and develop responsive treatment recommendations Collaborate closely with families, teachers, physicians, and insurance partners Guide and support clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure high-quality care Maintain a compassionate, ethical, and client-centered approach aligned with Potential Inc.'s mission Who You Are Committed to supporting children and adolescents with Autism through evidence-based practices A collaborative professional who thrives both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Skilled at communicating with families, staff, and community partners Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a balanced caseload Motivated to contribute to a mission-driven nonprofit environment focused on meaningful outcomes Qualifications BCBA Certification Behavior Specialist License (LBS) – Passion for working with children ages 2-18 across multiple settings Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM , plus flexibility for two evening shifts per week Ability to commute primarily to Newtown and surrounding community locations, with additional travel throughout Lower Bucks County (including our Warminster and Bristol clinics) Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality ABA services What We Offer Work-Life Balance with Bonus Potential: Enjoy a manageable 25-hour weekly billable requirement , giving you flexibility and balance while still offering the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in annual bonuses for additional billable hours above the baseline.
