Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.# **Tasks and Qualifications:****This Is What You Will Do In This Role:*** Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.* Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.* Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.* Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.* Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.* Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.* Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.* Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.* Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.* Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.* Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.* Effectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.**What We Are Looking For:*** 5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment* Demonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees* High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred.* Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions* Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal* Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required.
