Sales Representative - East Coast Automotive Film Manufacturer

Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative drives revenue growth across the East Coast region by prospecting, consulting, and closing sales for premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tinting solutions. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with automotive dealerships and custom shops to deliver high-performance film and protective coatings. Key Responsibilities Customer Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers, including automotive dealerships, custom shops, detail centers, and distributors across the East Coast. Support the development of new business opportunities. Customer Communication & Product Introduction: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and introduce Terminax's PPF and window tint products. Provide basic product information and answer general customer questions. Sales Support & Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers, prepare basic pricing information with support from the team, and assist in moving sales opportunities forward. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication, timely follow-ups, and responsive service. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to support customer orders, product availability, and smooth communication throughout the sales process. Sales Activity & CRM Updates: Maintain accurate customer records, update sales activities in the CRM, and work toward individual and team sales goals. Qualifications Sales Experience: 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred. Experience in automotive, film, or related industries is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships. Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about PPF, window tint, and automotive film products. Previous industry experience is a plus but not required. Sales Skills: Motivated to develop new business opportunities, follow up with customers, and support sales growth. Education & Credentials: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within the assigned East Coast territory to visit customers and support business development. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
