Power of 3 Engineering & Operations excellence Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner Customer Acquisition & Sales Excellence (Banking) Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with 10–12 years of experience to lead requirements, product ownership, and client engagement for strategic Customer Acquisition and Sales Excellence solutions in the banking domain. The role requires strong business analysis skills, ownership of product delivery, and the ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering activities. Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritize product backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning activities. Partner with business, technology, UX, and QA teams to drive successful delivery. Serve as the primary client-facing representative for the program, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery quality. Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, banker productivity, and sales effectiveness. Define business KPIs, track outcomes, and support UAT and release activities. Collaborate with Data & AI teams to enable analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities where applicable. Required Qualifications 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role. Strong expertise in requirements management, process analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery. Proven experience managing client relationships and leading business discussions independently. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Domain Experience – Required Banking and Financial Services experience, preferably in: Consumer Banking Business Banking Customer Acquisition Sales Productivity / Sales Excellence Domain Experience – Preferred Credit Card products CRM and Sales Enablement platforms Nice to Have Experience working on Data, Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Knowledge of personalization, customer engagement, and recommendation platforms. Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Incedo Inc.
