Business Analyst

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using comprehensive data models using SQL that inform business decisions Solution Identification - Propose and design technical solutions that meet business needs and objectives, analyze trade and settlement flows across product lines, optimize processes, and implement new product features and change requests Documentation - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions and design Epics, User Stories Should be able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders, Technology and Business teams Should be able to Create Dashboards and Reports to provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and facilitate decision making. Identify trends in Capital markets Domain and conduct training sessions / workshops to upskill team members in domain and relevant applications. Roles & Responsibilities Business Analyst with strong Front Office Markets experience, covering Fixed Income Rates and/or Loans & Lending products, to work closely with trading desks and lending desks on electronic trading and workflow initiatives. Strong working experience on Capital Markets Domain, Trade Life Cycle, Settlements functions etc., Work closely with Fixed Income Traders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Front Office electronic trading workflows Understand and articulate RFQ lifecycle and execution flows for Fixed Income eTrading platforms Act as the liaison between Trading / Lending desks, Technology, and Operations teams Support end‑to‑end project execution including requirement definition, UAT support, and go‑live readiness Participate in client walk‑throughs, solution discussions, and trade workflow validations Track and manage deliverables using JIRA, including dashboards and status reporting. Strong product knowledge in one or more of the following: Fixed Income Rates: USTs, European Government Bonds, IRS, Repos Loans & Lending products: Syndicated Loans, Term Loans, Revolvers, Loan Trading, Corporate Lending workflows Front Office experience supporting Trading and/or Lending desks FIX Protocol knowledge Clear understanding of trade lifecycle / RFQ / execution flows Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with proven experience working directly with Traders or Lending Desk users Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 per year Qualifications BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE #J-18808-Ljbffr
