This position is 100% remote, allowing counselors to provide services through a secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying individual care needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on emotional resilience, grief and loss, and coping strategies related to aging.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and family members, to create integrated care plans that enhance overall client well-being.

• Deliver workshops and informational sessions to staff and family members aimed at improving awareness and support for elderly individuals facing emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
