RCM Analyst

Joining a dynamic Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time RCM Analyst will manage day-to-day billing tasks, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ingest and review nursing and pharmacy invoices using an AI-assisted billing platform, resolving discrepancies with vendors Build and submit clean claims to payers and TPAs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Post payments and assist in closing monthly billing, maintaining accurate treatment details and coding in billing systems Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle Working knowledge of HCPCS (especially J-codes), CPT, and ICD-10 Strong attention to detail in high-volume, repetitive tasks Proficiency with spreadsheets and a quick learner of new tools Clear written communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently
