AI Govtech Deployment Strategist — Equity & Bonus

Deployment Strategist (Technical/Commercial) – Between $130,000-170,000 + bonus & equity, NYC Deployment Strategist sought for a fast‑growth AI govtech startup based in NYC. This is a really exciting time to join a talented team who are working on the most advanced government platform within the AI space. The platform supports small businesses, FT500 enterprises and delivers fully compliant proposals in a fraction of the time compared to existing offerings. We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to be at the core of the deployment team, responsible for the entire post‑sale client lifecycle managing onboarding, activation, advisory work and ongoing expansion. The role is equal parts strategic and technical—running discovery sessions, mapping workflows and building deployment plans tailored to individual enterprise teams. Ideally, the Deployment Strategist will be comfortable working with stakeholders, advising on platform implementation and providing product feedback that shapes the roadmap. You will have the chance to own end‑to‑end onboarding and work across a talented cross‑functional team (engineering, product, sales) to unblock deployments. Compensation : $130‑170,000 base + bonus, equity, unlimited PTO, medical/vision and many other benefits. Skills 4+ years in a relevant role: Deployment Strategist, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture or Account Management (Technical) Startup experience—working in an environment without relying on an official playbook Confident managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders Experience mapping workflows, spotting gaps and designing deployment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in AI, data, SQL, Python, HubSpot, Gainsight Capability to handle technical and strategic aspects of deployment Disclaimer: Attis Global Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
