Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist, Taxes & Special Projects to lead payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local levels for our US operations. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll tax rules and strong collaboration with HR and finance teams. You’ll manage tax data, partner on system updates (ADP SmartCompliance), respond to regulator inquiries, and support special projects under the VP of HR Operations.
