Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator

Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator – Onsite, Atlanta, GA Deliver exceptional marketing and administrative support to a broker team in commercial real estate. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive marketing and administrative support to Office Services brokers (tenant and landlord representation). Create BOVs, pitches, listing flyers, property signage, surveys, tour books, and other design tasks, primarily using Adobe InDesign. Maintain and update print‑ready versions of marketing collateral and online marketing of listings. Enter closed deals for invoicing, send invoices, and track commission payments. Complete lease proposal comparisons in both Excel and InDesign formats. Create e‑blasts and social media posts. Manage brokers’ biographies, submit expense reimbursements and third‑party invoices, and schedule/host team or client meetings. Prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders. Perform reviews of externally focused deliverables to ensure best‑in‑class work. Handle transaction documents and oversee file management. Qualifications 2–3 years of administrative and/or marketing support within the commercial real estate industry. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Proficient in intermediate functions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
