Campaign Analyst

To support the measurement and strategic application of data across national, multi-channel campaigns, the full-time Campaign Analyst will evaluate performance data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and guide cross-functional teams on campaign optimization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own evaluation and interpretation of performance data across channels for defined campaigns, partnering with teams to establish KPIs and measurement frameworks Lead analysis of performance trends and ensure measurement integrity by validating data accuracy and identifying gaps Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations to inform stakeholder decisions and support campaign milestones Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or digital analytics Strong proficiency in GA4, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in databases and BI tools like Tableau or Looker Studio Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and apply judgment in complex analytical scenarios Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality, accuracy, and measurement integrity Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through insights
