Skills and experience that will lead to success:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or campaign management, preferably in professional services or financial services.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and revenue tracking.
• Experience with CRM and marketing data platforms such as Dispatch and Deal Cloud.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including social media.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $73,000 - $85,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
