Key Skills & Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Experience with school-based physical therapy or a strong desire to work within a school setting
• Ability to provide both onsite direct therapy to students and virtual services for IEP meetings and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for working with educators, families, and other specialists
• Adaptability to adjust direct service schedules as student needs change throughout the year

Role Highlights:

• Begin with some direct service at the start of the academic year to accommodate new student needs
• Collaborate to set up a mutually agreed upon service schedule, which may include bi-weekly or monthly onsite sessions plus teletherapy for meetings and consultation
• Serve through the full 26/27 school year, making a sustained impact on student growth and educational outcomes
• Engage with a multi-disciplinary team to implement IEPs and help each student reach their full potential
