Compass Workforce Solutions, LLC

Compass Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through employment compliance, recruiting top talent, and benefits administration. You will help develop people policies and cultivate culture-driven workplaces while supporting HRIS and payroll systems.

Based in the Tampa Bay area and fully remote with occasional travel to Hauppauge, NY for meetings, you’ll manage onboarding, employee relations, and cross-state leave management
