Job Overview Law firm seeks a Leveraged Finance Associate to join its Global Finance group in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in leveraged finance, working with a diverse range of clients in various finance transactions. Responsibilities Represent borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors in finance transactions. Engage in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings. Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing. Requirements 3-6 years of leveraged finance experience. Experience with middle market lending and alternative financiers preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance. Retirement savings plan.
