Therapy Team Leader

Responsibilities conducting patient evaluations, developing therapy treatments, supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians, monitoring patient responses, supporting staff development, coordinating team tasks, and driving quality improvement. Qualifications current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required; minimum of three years discipline-specific experience; BLS certification or within 30 days of hire; leadership experience and professional certifications preferred.
