  A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

  A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  A demonstrated capacity for clinical assessment and treatment with a record of successful client outcomes.

  Familiarity with evidence-based practices to effectively address various mental health disorders.

  Strong interpersonal skills and readiness to engage clients in their recovery efforts with empathy and respect.

  Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

  A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a similar setting.

  Specialized training or certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

  The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
