Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for a range of therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individual clients, determining their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating joint sessions with couples, as well as providing individual counseling to each partner when necessary.
\n
• Addressing challenges such as alcohol abuse, conflicts within families, grief and loss, adjustment struggles after separation or divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client, ensuring the delivery of effective treatment.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in clinical practice.

• Participating in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals and families, encompassing both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will work tirelessly to support families navigating complex issues such as blended family dynamics, job-related stress, medical concerns, and mother/daughter conflicts. This role will enable you to foster meaningful connections with clients, guiding them through their most challenging times.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
