Human Resources Assistant for Central Admin in NE Portland Job Category: Human Resources Requisition Number: HUMAN005388 Posted: July 14, 2026 Full-Time Locations Central Admin 20th 541 NE 20th Ave., Ste 225 Portland, OR 97232, USA Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Process new hires, assist in maintaining HR records, data entry, and facilitate new employee orientations. Assist in maintaining HRMS, including data changes, accurate record keeping, verifying employment, and general reporting. Assist with department calendaring, scheduling team meetings, and producing meeting minutes. Other projects and duties as assigned. Salary: Hiring range based on experience and credentials: $23.55 - $31.86 per hour. Workdays: This position is located at the Central Administration Office. Hybrid/Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or SW Washington. On‑site meetings and presence will be required. Typical work hours are Monday‑Friday, with flexible business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience, and values including: Minimum of one (1) year of human resources management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field, or HR Certification strongly preferred. Experience with HRIS system preferred; prior experience with UKG is a plus. Exceptional analytical, time‑management, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills; effectively multi‑tasks. Strong team collaborator, with ability to work independently. Ability to handle large amounts of sensitive and confidential employee information professionally. Excellent customer service, attendance, and work ethic.
